With it passing, everyone should understand.

Secret Labs and Guy Zyskind have used economic coercion to control this network since inception. If they did not get their way, they threatened to abandon the chain and leave token holders with nothing. Holders paid. They kept control. That is the pattern.

It is not only coercion. It is criminal activity: securities fraud, and lying under deposition. Enigma sold unregistered securities. Then they needed a public face for the ENG burn so they could step away from that settlement and keep control of what came next. Guy told the world the swap was community led and Enigma had nothing to do with it. That was a lie. Secret Labs ran it. Evidence of that conduct contradicts what was said under deposition.

When they were done, they tried to walk. Their Arbitrum proposal used the same economic coercion. In their public announcement they wrote: “Separately, regardless of how the vote goes, SCRT Labs will conclude its development and related support of the Cosmos-based Secret L1 on September 1, 2026.” Yes or no, they leave.

That proposal abandoned people. It excluded sSCRT. It excluded staked Secret locked in contracts. It excluded hack victims. It did not include remediation. Axelar’s incident analysis is the record of that hack: the exploited contract was a Secret-side ICS-20 fork, not developed, deployed, or maintained by Axelar, with core security checks commented out and no new audit. That contract was Secret Labs’ responsibility. They still put forward a plan with no remediation for the people who lost funds. Remediation was also what some listing processes required to keep the asset listed. They left it out. That is on them. Venues run their own processes. They are not who created this situation.

Guy Zyskind is the true beneficial owner of Secret Network Foundation, as registered with the Cayman Islands government. That made him Lisa Loud’s boss. She did not own SNF. He did. She was not involved in that criminal activity. She is the one helping push this forward through the Secret³ proposal.

Proposal 365 passed. This is not their plan. The chain stays the same chain. No migration. No snapshot that carves people out. Stewardship is community-led now, on the proposal’s terms: new organizations funded to run development, keep validators and builders in the game, and put remediation on the table instead of deferring it. Secret Labs does not control this network anymore.

The community is actually in control of the chain now. Things can change.

We will do whatever is required to achieve our goals.

Hello everyone.

There has been significant drama surrounding Secret Network for nearly a decade. I’m posting this to set the record straight on key historical facts most people do not understand. I’m doing this publicly on X because I am confident it will not be removed.

In late 2019 / early 2020, I was invited by employees of Secret Labs to facilitate the ENG → SCRT swap. These conversations were recorded and screenshots were taken. I was explicitly referred to as a facilitator. Shortly after, it was made clear that due to the SEC settlement involving Enigma MPC, I would need to be the public face of the ENG burn.

Throughout the process, employees at Enigma MPC and Gamma Research asserted direct influence and control. A key tactic used by @GuyZys and parties working for him was economic coercion. @GuyZys specifically stated that if they did not get their way, they would abandon the chain and ENG holders would see their assets go to zero.

To further demonstrate the coordinated effort directed by Secret Labs: during the swap, a very large exchange coordinating with both me and Secret Labs sent me millions of tokens of their ENG user deposits to my MetaMask account while I was in a Taco Bell parking lot. This was a last-minute change from my perspective and seemed clearly premeditated for regulatory arbitrage and other reasons. To the best of my knowledge I still possess the private key for the address that burned those deposits. The gas and balance in that wallet were provided by Secret Labs employees — something I am confident can still be proven today via exchange records and related wallet data. I am certain multiple forms of evidence documenting this exist. That evidence would likely place several parties in a position where prior depositions or interviews with federal agencies would be directly contradicted regarding their involvement.

Later, prior disclosures of mine resulted in an SEC investigation in which I was subpoenaed. I reached out to @GuyZys, played him a sample of the audio evidence from the original swap discussions, and he immediately became very nervous. On that same call he began coaching me on how to respond to the subpoena in a way that would keep him out of trouble, referencing his own deposition experience and advising that I was under no obligation to dig for evidence.

I was then invited to speak with his lawyer which has other details I may share under the right situation.

The SEC investigation ran from late 2023 into early 2024 and was dropped shortly before the administration change.

My cache of evidence documents additional distasteful and potentially illegal activity by @GuyZys and associated parties. The pattern is consistent: every time he has not gotten his way, he has resorted to economic coercion. I was particularly vulnerable for a long time because my entire net worth was tied up in the asset. That ended when I fully exited my Secret position.

If @GuyZys or related parties wish to dispute these claims, I am prepared for any and all consequences. I believe it is within my First Amendment rights to expose fraud and scammers who are public figures when the matters are of public interest. Truth is my absolute defence. Multiple independent third parties already hold a cache of evidence. Depending on the response going forward, those third parties and/or I may release it.

There is no possible universe, within the multiverse, in which I bow again to scammers. This does not cover the totality of evidence against them.

Yes was 88.6% of non-abstain votes. Turnout at close was 94.8% of bonded SCRT. Veto stayed under the 33.4% line. 23 of 27 active validators voted from their operator key.
